hey what's going on Coin-Op TVsubscribers Robert Welkner in this video we're gonna talk about see episode sixwhich is called 'Silk' on Apple TV plus before I get started with this videothis video will contain spoilers and also I'd like to give a littl
e bit of ashout out or heads-upor thank you to all the brand-new subscribers or the newpeople commenting on some of my videos talking about Apple TV plus and DisneyPlus shows so so thanks a bunch for your feedback in criticism and concerns solet me get started I've got my show notes here so I'm gonna
try and avoidgetting into a lot of the story elements to just kind of pick out some of thebeats are the moments that kind of stood out the important things that I wantedto sort of react to in this video and hopefully I'll get your feedback andyour take and your
thoughts so a couple big ones here so we get to find out thatboots is a traitor or is a freelancer for hire he's out for himself he's a gunfor hire he tricks Baba boss and his family that's remaining into a cave andthen to an elevator the descends down
into these dark caves we find out thathe's apparently been doing this to other people and his mom deal is actually downthere and this little underground tribe who was puts him in this little roomwith these glowing orbs and stuff so sort of interesting to see boots kind ofbeing fleshed
out as kind of this person that you thought you know you cansympathize as a trust and it turns out that he's not trustworthy or he's justkind of out for himself I mean I guess that's the plan here say in the future amuch like in the in the current
present tense you know you gotta watch out yougotta watch who you trust you got a 1 you know make sure that you know it'shard to take people at face value and stuff so I guess that's the kind oflesson that Baba Boston and his group are learning here so
nothing wasinteresting to see like when they went underground it was interesting to see alittle bit of switch where Bubba bosses ability is to sort of hear and touchbecame a little stronger outweighed kind of the twins being able to see becausethere were darkness they were kind of like had
a piece of paper lit there andtheir little note and when that went out it was like all rightwe got a reliable bus I kind of wish they would have delved into thisactually a little lager and maybe had more explorations of the caverns beforethey got kind of attacked and
beat up and caged Agana would have beeninteresting to see his specialties as a tracker and explorer you know throughdarkness although how much that could be you know cinematic to see the episodewas already pretty dark overall so maybe that's the the producers and thedirector wanted to get out of
the complete darkness there so we jump overto Queen Kane my least favorite character of the show but I know some ofyou guys watching seem to love her Queen Cain gets knocked around the labor campand this triggers a flashback and we see Cain's father I think it's his father
onthe deathbed on his deathbed and a younger Margaret ain't Cain she's gotsome hair looks a little different who and then we find out that the fatherwhispers it's Margaret areas like hey you know you got to take over the throneso we see that you know the King actually met
the throne to be form Agraand not so much Kane so that sort of you know brings out some backstory somedynamic there and and what I found interesting I liked the editing choice Ithought it was clever and stylized the way they started the flashback withQueen Kane's voiceover and her
narration and I went into flashback and then whenit came out of the flashback we were sort of in Margaret's head and she wastelling the story her point of view in the story to the witch hunter generalTomas de Jong and kind of explaining how hey I'm supposed to be
the Queen and youshould have been obeying me all this time and not so the second-guessing mebecause she's in sort of the witch hunter or the witch hunt finders campthere and kind of explaining you know why she's been sort of Bennish or exiledto this many years and kind of
explaining that so so that wasinteresting I like that stylistic choice is there in the the editing and thedirection there in fact this episode we get a lot of backstory we we get theconfirmation that our manager loved Morel was two-timing or he was with theyou know Queen Cain and
linear with the younger sister Margaret thereand many years ago you know I guess the perception is the my gross old Joanmorale from Kane and that's why she was alright we gonna we gotta get on thehonks we gotta go get him we gotta go find him this is bad
